Sorry, but there are no refunds on beef orders or deposits. All sales are final. Beef orders must be picked up at designated times at Keeney Farms located at 31 Pied Piper Rd., Benton, PA 17814, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing with delivery fees and / or shipping charges included. Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed when verified by Keeney Farms.
Beef cannot be re-sold or repackaged, and is intended for use only by the purchasing party and their family and friends.
Keeney farms is not responsible for the beef once it has been picked up or delivered. Any post purchase contamination, thawing, or other alteration of the beef is the responsibility of the purchaser(s).
